Serve this on croissants for an elegant luncheon or on hearty whole-grain bread for a filling meal. Pre-cooked bacon and canned-or leftover-turkey make it a snap to prepare!"

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Place the sliced roast turkey on a piece of foil, and add the butter, garlic and a pinch of salt on top. Wrap the turkey with the foil.
- Place the foil parcel on a quarter sheet pan and transfer to the preheated oven, to reheat the turkey. This will take about 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your turkey slices. Check after 15 minutes, and return to the oven if the meat needs to be reheated for longer.
- Remove from the oven, and increase the oven temperature to 350°F to toast the buns/bread.
- Split the brioche buns and spread a thin layer of butter. Place the buns (cut side up), on a sheet pan and transfer to the preheated oven. Toast the buns until the edges are toasty, but still soft in the middle. Remove the buns from the oven.
- You can serve all the ingredients separately, so that each person can assemble their sandwiches themselves.
- Spread cranberry sauce on the top bun.
- Place turkey slices on the bottom bun (3 - 4 slices per person), and top with shredded lettuce.
- Pour gravy on top, followed by an egg and the top bun (with cranberry sauce). Enjoy!

- In a small bowl make the dressing. Whisk together the mayonnaise, parsley, dry mustard and white pepper.
- Add celery and onions to the dressing. Add 2-3 cups of diced leftover turkey meat, depending on how creamy or dry you prefer the turkey salad. Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste. If you like it super creamy, add more mayo to your desired texture (or Greek yogurt).
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium-low heat. Butter one side of each bread slice. Add the turkey salad then another slice of buttered bread. Heat on the skillet about 2-3 minutes per side. Repeat for each sandwich and add the lettuce and optional cranberry sauce after the sandwich is cooked.
