I love sharing this dip with my friends. I do want to make sure that I am giving them something healthy to snack on as well. I changed this with some no-fat-added beans and more veggies.

Steps:
- Blend taco seasoning mix and refried beans in a bowl. Spread mixture onto a large serving platter. Mix sour cream and Neufchatel cheese in a bowl. Spread over refried beans. Top layers with salsa. Place a layer of tomato, green bell peppers, red bell peppers, green onions, and lettuce over salsa. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Garnish with black olives.

- In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook beef, onion and pepper until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the cheese, taco sauce and water; stir until cheese is melted. Stir in the tomato, green pepper and olives. Serve warm with chips.

- Beat cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Spread into the bottom of serving dish or pie pan and refrigerate for one hour.
- In a large frying pan, brown beef; drain. Add taco seasoning and tomato sauce; stir and cook for 5 minutes.
- Cool completely, spread meat layer over top of cream cheese layer.
- Just before serving, top with lettuce, shredded cheese, tomatoes (anything else you love on your tacos) and serve with tortilla chips.

- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground sausage and ground beef until no longer pink.
- Drain off excess fat and transfer mixture to crock pot.
- Cut Velveeta and cream cheese into chunks and place into crock pot on top of meat.
- Pour in diced tomatoes (with juices) and taco seasoning.
- Turn crock pot to low and cook for 1 hour.
- Stir well to incorporate all cheeses and seasonings.
- Cook for 30 more mintures or until cheese is melted and hot.
- Serve with your favorite tortilla or corn chips.

- Next, add the water and one of the envelopes of taco seasoning. Continue to cook over low heat until the mixture has thickened.
- While the taco meat is cooling off a bit, beat the sour cream, cream cheese, and the other envelope of taco seasoning in a small bowl until it's thoroughly blended.
- Spread the sour cream and cream cheese mixture into a 13x9 baking pan or a 3-quart dish.

- First, you want to cook the onion and the beef. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
