- Mix together the chopped radicchio and basil.
- Slice the rolls lengthwise. Begin sandwich build with basil-radicchio mixture, then pepperonchinis, distributing evenly among the four sandwiches.

- Combine mayonnaise and crushed roasted garlic in a bowl until thoroughly mixed. Spread garlic mayonnaise on inside top of rolls, add to top of sandwich. May slice in half to serve.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper, garlic powder, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Form the mixture into a log, and place it into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 50 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the center is no longer pink. Let stand for 5 minutes, then slice into 1/2 inch slices. Place a few slices onto each hoagie roll, cover with marinara sauce, and sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese over.
- Wrap each sandwich with aluminum foil, and return to the oven for 15 minutes, until bread is lightly toasted and cheese is melted. Let stand 15 minutes before eating. Each sandwich serves 2.

- Spread desired amount of mayonnaise on each ciabatta's top and bottom.
- Layer the ciabatta bottoms with shredded lettuce, salt and peppered tomato slices, onion and pepper rings, mozzarella, basil leaves, the deli meats, and sliced olives. (NOTE: You can mix-up the order of these ingredients to your liking.)
- Drizzle with vinaigrette and sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Cover with the ciabatta tops.

- Roast the red pepper. Turn on oven broiler and broil red pepper until the skin starts to blacken. About 5 minutes. Remove from oven, allow to cool and slice.
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and dijon mustard. Set aside while you prepare the sandwich.
- Spread the olive tapenade on the bottom half bread.
