EASY GRIDDLE SALMON

Steps:
- Preheat griddle to 375°F or set to moderate heat. Lightly brush with oil.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper on all sides.
- Place the seasoned salmon skin-side down on the griddle. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Gently turn the salmon over with a spatula and cook the other side for 3-5 minutes.
- Squeeze some lemon juice on top and sprinkle with fresh herbs. Season with more salt and pepper if needed.

- Start out cutting up the chicken breast and place in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl place all your cut up veggies in it.
- Either prepare the homemade teriyaki sauce or get the store bought version ready to go.
- Heat up the Blackstone Griddle on high, add a little oil to one side and place the chicken in it.
- Cook the chicken for about 2 minutes flipping frequently. Add a little oil to the other side of the griddle and place the veggies in it.
- Continue to cook both the chicken and the veggies at the same time, but different sides of the grill (flipping frequently) until the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees.
- Once the chicken has reached the minimum internal temperature combine the chicken and veggies on the Blackstone.
- Add 1/2 of the teriyaki sauce flipping frequently and then add the other half. At this point the Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry is complete. Remove and place on a bed of white rice or eat it as is.

Steps:
- Preheat Flat Top griddle to the lowest setting. Do not use any wind guards.
- Gather all of your ingredients to make this recipe.
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks and place into different containers.
- With a hand mixer, whip the egg white until a stiff peak forms for about 1 1/2 minute. Do not over mix!!
- On a preheated griddle, place a sheet of parchment paper to the flat top.
- Add all the fluffy egg white onto the parchment paper in a mound.
- Then, make a slight hole in the center of the whites to make a nest shape.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and seasoning of your choice to the top of the egg white.
- Cover with a dome lid and cook for 2 minutes.
- Uncover and place the egg yolk into the center of the fluffy egg white.
- Replace the dome lid cover and cook for 2 more minutes or until the whites are starting to turn golden brown and the yolk is set.
- With a spatula, remove the cloud egg to a serving platter.
- Serve right away.

- Turn the Blackstone grill on medium high and preheat several minutes. Add a Tbsp of vegetable oil on two sides of the grill. Put the chicken on one side over the oil and put the onions and mushrooms on the other side over the oil.
