1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
4 cups cooked rotini pasta
1 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen Italian-style vegetable blend, thawed, drained
1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Combine ingredients in 13x9-inch baking dish; cover.
  • Bake 40 min. Let stand 5 min.; stir until sauce is well blended.

1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
4 cups cooked rotini pasta
1 (1 lb) package frozen italian style mixed vegetables, thawed
1 (10 ounce) can ro-tel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
3/4 lb Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

Steps:

  • Combine ingredients in 9"x 13" baking dish.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 40 minutes.
  • Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Stir and Serve.

1 small onion, chopped
12 eggs
⅓ cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
¾ pound VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium heat 10 min. or until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Discard all but 2 Tbsp. drippings from skillet.
  • Add potatoes, mushrooms, peppers and onions to reserved drippings in skillet; cook 10 min. or until peppers and onions are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in VELVEETA. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Whisk eggs and sour cream in medium bowl until blended; stir in bacon. Pour over vegetable mixture.
  • Bake 40 min. or until center is set and casserole is heated through.

2 cups whole grain penne pasta, uncooked
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas), thawed
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) 2% Milk VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 cans (5 oz. each) white tuna in water, drained, flaked
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup milk

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding mixed vegetables to the boiling water the last minute. Drain; return to pan.
  • Add 2% Milk VELVEETA, tuna, onions and milk; mix well. Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
  • Bake 15 to 20 min. or until heated through. Stir before serving.

5 cups uncooked egg noodles
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1-1/3 cups milk
8 ounces process cheese (Velveeta), cubed
TOPPING:
2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
1-1/2 teaspoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the flour, garlic salt and onion salt until smooth. Gradually stir in milk.
