Delicous, fast and healthy breakfast. You may use any fruits that you have. I have used banana, pineapple, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries and they all taste delicous!

2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt

4 fresh strawberries (to garnish)

Steps:

  • Toss fruits in a bowl and toss gentley.
  • Into each parfait dish, layer 1/4 of fruit mixture, 1 tablespoon granola, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup fruit mixture, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon granola and then garnsih with a strawberry.

1/2 cup mixed berry yogurt
3/4 cup reduced-fat whipped topping
1 cup sliced ripe banana
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup cubed fresh pineapple
1 cup fresh blueberries
4 whole strawberries

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine yogurt and whipped topping; set aside 4 teaspoons for topping. Spoon half of the remaining yogurt mixture into four parfait glasses; layer with half of the banana, sliced strawberries, pineapple and blueberries. Repeat layers. , Top each parfait with reserved yogurt mixture and a whole strawberry. Chill until serving.

1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon peanut butter
1 cup FAGE 0% Total Yogurt
¼ cup frozen mixed berries
2 tablespoons granola
1 cup FAGE 0% Total Yogurt
¼ cup apple
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon chopped pecans
½ teaspoon maple syrup
1 cup FAGE 0% Total Yogurt
1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon maple syrup

Steps:

  • Prepare 5 glass mason jars. Fill each mason jar with 1 cup of FAGE 0% Total Yogurt.
  • Add parfait toppings to individual jars. I recommend leaving them on top of the yogurt and stirring together only when ready to eat.
  • Cover parfait jars with lids + store in refrigerator for up to 5 days. When ready to enjoy, simply remove from the fridge, stir + enjoy!

3/4 cup yogurt ((plant-based, plain yogurt, or Greek yogurt))
1/2 cup mixed berries ((blueberries, strawberries, raspberries))
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon granola
1/2 tablespoon coconut flakes ((optional))

Steps:

  • Wash the berries, and if some are too big, chop them into smaller pieces.
  • Add 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt to a mason jar.
  • Add half of the chopped fruit.
  • Add the remaining yogurt.
  • Top with the rest of the mixed berries, granola (see notes), maple syrup, and coconut flakes.
  • Seal the lids and store them in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
  • When you are ready to eat the yogurt parfaits, simply remove them from the fridge, mix, and enjoy.

  • Combine the fruit, sugar, and mint in a bowl, and allow to sit for 3 to 4 minutes. Spoon half of the yogurt into a bowl or glass, then top with half of the fruit and granola, then repeat with the remaining yogurt, fruit, and granola. Pour any accumulated juice from the fruit over the top.

  • Mix the granola, cinnamon, peanut butter in a large bowl until well combined.
  • Pour the granola mixture into a round or square 9-inch pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least a half an hour or overnight. In time is of the essence you could also quick freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from pan, spread a layer of greek yogurt on the crust with a spatula. Add your favorite fruit and toppings. Slice into bar portions & serve.
