- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Add oats, peanut butter, maple syrup and egg and mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
- Pour into a 9×9 baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 375 for 18 minutes.

- First, preheat oven to 350ºF and an 8×8-inch* pan with parchment paper. Spray with coconut oil cooking spray.
- Next, in a large bowl mix together dry ingredients, minus the chocolate chips, you'll add those last.
- In a medium-size bowl, mash the banana until pureed and then mix in the wet ingredients, minus the coconut oil.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until combined. Add melted coconut oil and dark chocolate chips and mix one more time.
- Transfer batter into baking dish and option to add more chocolate chips to the top. Bake at 350ºF for about 20-23 minutes.
- Let cool for 30 minutes to an hour before slicing. Enjoy with nut butter and fresh banana slices.

- Pre-heat oven to 350 F (180 C)
- Into a high speed blender, add 1 cup (90g) of the rolled oats and blend into a flour.
- Add mashed banana, peanut butter, non-dairy milk and vanilla (if using) and whisk together.
- Add in the oat flour, rolled oats, salt, baking powder, cinnamon (if using) and any other add ins of choice (if using) and mix using a spatula until everything is well combined.
- Pour batter into a lined or greased 8x8 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tops are slightly golden. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then carefully transfer to a wire rack and allow it to fully cool before cutting. Slice into 6-9 bars and enjoy!

- Mix together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mix together bananas, egg whites, milk and vanilla. Beat all together.
- Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan which has been sprayed with non-stick spray for about 35 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. You may sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, if desired.

- Mix together the quick cooking oats, light brown sugar, baking powder, kosher salt and ground cinnamon.
- Add in the vanilla extract, milk and egg. Mix the ingredients together.
- Then add in the mashed banana and peanut butter. Combine all of the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 8 by 8 inch metal baking pan. Bake at 350 F degrees for 20 minutes.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
