Steps:
- Line an 11x7-inch pan with well-greased wax or parchment paper. Set aside.
- Melt the butter on low in a heavy saucepan. Stir in the sugar, syrup and water. Stirring constantly, use a candy thermometer and cook until the mixture reaches 305 degrees F.
- Pour the hot candy onto the prepared pan. Spread the mixture to the edges. Allow to sit until the mixture is stable but still hot. Spread the melted chocolate chips over the top. Sprinkle nuts over the top of the chocolate and gently press in.
- Allow the candy to cool and harden. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.

Steps:
- Pre heat oven 180'C. line a 27cm X 18cm baking tin with greaseproof baking paper.
- Combine the first 7 ingredients into a large bowl.
- Place honey, raw sugar and butter into a small saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring, Simmer for 5 minutes. Then add to dry ingredients, mix well.
- Press the mixture evenly into baking tin.
- Bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Cool and cut into bars. store in an airtight.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or greased foil. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, add peeled banana. Using a fork or dough blender (recommended), mash until smooth. Add the remaining wet ingredients: peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, flax egg and vanilla. Whisk until well incorporated.
- Add the dry ingredients: oats, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Using a rubber spatula, fold until well mixed. Fold in seeds, dried fruit and walnuts.
- Pour this mixture into the prepared baking pan. Using the rubber spatula, smooth into an even layer.
