1 cup dry NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Baking Cocoa
1/4 cup Hazelnut Flavor NESTLÉ® COFFEE-MATE® Powdered Coffee Creamer

Steps:

  • PLACE all ingredients in medium bowl. Whisk until evenly blended. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature until ready to use or package. Makes about 2 cups mix.
  • Recipe to attach:
  • Spoon 3 to 4 tablespoons of cocoa mix into mug. Add 1 cup boiling water; stir well.

50ml double cream
1 tsp chocolate hazelnut spread (we used Nutella)
150ml whole milk
25g milk chocolate , chopped
25ml hazelnut liqueur (we used Frangelico)
1 tsp chopped hazelnuts , toasted

Steps:

  • Whip the cream until thick and billowy then fold in the chocolate hazelnut spread. Only stir once or twice, you want a marbled effect.
  • In a small saucepan over a medium heat warm the milk until simmering. Take off the heat then add the chocolate. Let it melt, stirring frequently until smooth. Return to the heat until warm then add the hazelnut liqueur.
  • Pour the hot chocolate into a mug and add the whipped cream mixture. Sprinkle the top with the toasted hazelnuts and enjoy.

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat until fully combined and steaming/hot enough to serve
  • Top with whipped topping and serve with Voortman Bakery chocolate hazelnut wafers
  • Enjoy!

9 cups whole milk
2-3/4 cups heavy whipping cream, divided
16 ounces bittersweet chocolate, divided
1/2 cup Nutella
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup hazelnut liqueur
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts, toasted
Cinnamon sticks, optional

Steps:

  • Split vanilla beans in half lengthwise. With a sharp knife, scrape the beans to remove the seeds. Set seeds aside; discard the beans. , In a large saucepan, heat milk and 3/4 cup cream over medium heat just until mixture comes to a simmer. Chop 15 ounces chocolate. In a large heatproof bowl, combine the chopped chocolate, Nutella, sugars, salt and vanilla seeds. Pour warm milk mixture over chocolate mixture. Let stand for 1 minute., Meanwhile, whip remaining cream and shave remaining chocolate. Whisk chocolate mixture until smooth; stir in liqueur. Serve with whipped cream, shaved chocolate and chopped hazelnuts. Garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired.
