1/2 cup marinara sauce
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 medium sweet yellow or red pepper, chopped
1 cup cubed fresh pineapple
1/2 cup chopped fully cooked ham
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°. Place crust on a baking sheet. Mix marinara and barbecue sauces; spread over crust., Top with remaining ingredients. Bake until crust is browned and cheeses are melted, 10-15 minutes.

1 (10 inch) flour tortilla
¼ (15 ounce) can pizza sauce (such as Contadina®)
1 tomato, diced and squeezed dry with paper towels
2 pineapple rings, diced and squeezed dry with paper towels
1 ½ teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 thick slices cooked ham, torn into bite-size pieces
4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Heat a toaster oven to 400 degrees. Spray a pizza pan small enough to fit in toaster oven with cooking spray.
  • Heat a large skillet over high heat and place tortilla into the hot skillet. Cook tortilla until heated through, about 5 minutes; spread with pizza sauce and scatter tomato and pineapple pieces over sauce. Sprinkle pizza with basil, oregano, and garlic powder. Arrange ham pieces onto pizza and top with mozzarella cheese. Continue to heat pizza until tortilla is browned and crisp, 3 to 5 more minutes. Transfer pizza to the prepared pizza pan.
  • Cook in the preheated toaster oven until cheese begins to brown, about 10 minutes.

1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons canola oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
3-1/2 cups uncooked spiral pasta
6 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup cubed fully cooked ham

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, saute the mushrooms, onion and pepper in oil for 5 minutes or until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Add the tomato sauce, bay leaves, oregano, basil and sugar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 20-30 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently. , Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Discard bay leaves from sauce. Stir in the pasta, 5 cups of mozzarella cheese, pineapple and ham. , Transfer to a greased shallow 3-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. 8 oz Jones Dairy Farm Cherry Hardwood Smoked Bacon
8 oz leftover Jones Dairy Farm Ham, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 oz dry rigatoni pasta
8 oz pineapple tidbits, drained
1 cup mozzarella cheese
chopped cilantro

Steps:

  • Dice the bacon into small pieces. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the bacon. Cook until crisp. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon to a paper towel lined plate to drain. Discard all but 1 tablespoon of the bacon grease.
  • Add the cubed ham to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until the ham is browned. Add the tomato sauce, chicken broth, onion powder, basil, and pepper to the ham. Stir to combine, then add the pasta and stir again. Bring the mixture to a boil, then cover and cook until the pasta is tender, about 15 minutes. (I like to stir this one or two times during the cook time to make sure all of the pasta gets cooked evenly.) Stir in the pineapple and reserved bacon, then remove from the heat.
  • Sprinkle the top of the pasta with the mozzarella and cover again. Let the dish sit until the mozzarella is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.

4 cups Rigatoni noodles
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks (drained)
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 Tablespoons cilantro leaves (chopped)

Steps:

  • Heat stove to medium-high heat.
  • In a large skillet, add olive oil and cubed ham and cook until the ham starts to brown.
  • Add the tomato sauce, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic salt, pepper, and mix until well combined.
  • Add the noodles to the mixture and continue stirring until all the ingredients are mixed.
  • Bring the pasta to a boil, and cover with a lid.
  • Let the pasta boil, covered for about 15 minutes or until the noodles are soft.
  • Remove lid, and stir in pineapple.
  • Remove the skillet from the heat and top with mozzarella cheese and until it melts into the pasta.
  • Sprinkle with cilantro before serving as garnish and for extra flavor.

1 pound pizza dough (or homemade dough)
olive oil (for greasing baking sheet and brushing)
cornmeal (for sprinkling baking sheet (optional))
½ cup pizza sauce (or homemade marinara sauce)
1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
4 ounces Canadian bacon (about 4 to 5 slices)
½ cup diced pineapple (100g, 3 ½ ounces, fresh or canned)
¼ cup chopped bacon (cooked, ¼-inch dice, about 4 slices)
oregano (fresh or dried, for sprinkling (optional))

Steps:

  • Set the oven rack to the lower position. Preheat to 500ºF (260ºC).
  • Allow the pizza dough to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Lightly brush a large baking sheet with olive oil. Evenly sprinkle cornmeal on the pan if desired.
  • On a lightly floured surface, stretch and shape the dough into a 10-inch circle.
  • Transfer dough to the baking sheet. Use fingers to press into a 12-inch circle. Leave the edges slightly thicker, about ½-inch tall and wide.
  • Brush some olive oil on the edges of the dough to make the crust crispier when baked.
  • Spread the sauce on top, followed by the cheese, ham, pineapple, and bacon. Sprinkle the oregano on top.
  • Bake the pizza on the lowest oven rack until the crust is golden brown, and the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Slice and serve pizza immediately when still hot.

1.5 cup water
1.5 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
8 ounce dried wagon wheel or rigatoni pasta
0.5 cup miniature pepperoni slices
0.25 cup chopped pickled pepperoncini peppers
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
1 cup shredded provolone cheese, shredded (4 oz.)
2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Crushed red pepper (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. In a 4- to 6-qt. Dutch oven heat oil over medium heat. Add peppers. Cook about 5 minutes or until peppers are softened. Add tomato paste; cook and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in pizza sauce, water, and 1 tsp. of the oregano. Bring to boiling over medium-high, stirring occasionally. Stir in pasta; return mixture to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15 to 18 minutes or until pasta is almost tender. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in pepperoni and pepperoncini. Gently fold in half of the mozzarella and half of the provolone cheese just until combined.
  • Top with remaining mozzarella and provolone cheeses. If desired, top with additional pepperoni slices. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, the remaining 1/2 tsp. oregano, and crushed red pepper (if using). Bake, uncovered, about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
