- Heat a toaster oven to 400 degrees. Spray a pizza pan small enough to fit in toaster oven with cooking spray.
- Heat a large skillet over high heat and place tortilla into the hot skillet. Cook tortilla until heated through, about 5 minutes; spread with pizza sauce and scatter tomato and pineapple pieces over sauce. Sprinkle pizza with basil, oregano, and garlic powder. Arrange ham pieces onto pizza and top with mozzarella cheese. Continue to heat pizza until tortilla is browned and crisp, 3 to 5 more minutes. Transfer pizza to the prepared pizza pan.
- Cook in the preheated toaster oven until cheese begins to brown, about 10 minutes.

- Dice the bacon into small pieces. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the bacon. Cook until crisp. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon to a paper towel lined plate to drain. Discard all but 1 tablespoon of the bacon grease.
- Add the cubed ham to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until the ham is browned. Add the tomato sauce, chicken broth, onion powder, basil, and pepper to the ham. Stir to combine, then add the pasta and stir again. Bring the mixture to a boil, then cover and cook until the pasta is tender, about 15 minutes. (I like to stir this one or two times during the cook time to make sure all of the pasta gets cooked evenly.) Stir in the pineapple and reserved bacon, then remove from the heat.
- Sprinkle the top of the pasta with the mozzarella and cover again. Let the dish sit until the mozzarella is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.

- Heat stove to medium-high heat.
- In a large skillet, add olive oil and cubed ham and cook until the ham starts to brown.
- Add the tomato sauce, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic salt, pepper, and mix until well combined.
- Add the noodles to the mixture and continue stirring until all the ingredients are mixed.
- Bring the pasta to a boil, and cover with a lid.

- Set the oven rack to the lower position. Preheat to 500ºF (260ºC).
- Allow the pizza dough to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Lightly brush a large baking sheet with olive oil. Evenly sprinkle cornmeal on the pan if desired.
- On a lightly floured surface, stretch and shape the dough into a 10-inch circle.
- Transfer dough to the baking sheet. Use fingers to press into a 12-inch circle. Leave the edges slightly thicker, about ½-inch tall and wide.
- Brush some olive oil on the edges of the dough to make the crust crispier when baked.

- Preheat oven to 400°F. In a 4- to 6-qt. Dutch oven heat oil over medium heat. Add peppers. Cook about 5 minutes or until peppers are softened. Add tomato paste; cook and stir for 2 minutes.
- Stir in pizza sauce, water, and 1 tsp. of the oregano. Bring to boiling over medium-high, stirring occasionally. Stir in pasta; return mixture to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15 to 18 minutes or until pasta is almost tender. Remove from heat.
