ROYAL HAWAIIAN PIE
This unique pie is bursting with bananas flavored with pineapple juice and cinnamon.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place sliced bananas in a medium bowl and cover with pineapple juice. Toss gently until slices are coated. Let soak for 30 minutes, then drain. Place bananas in pie shell.
- In a small bowl mix sugar and cinnamon. Sift over top of bananas. Dot with slices of butter or margarine. Put on top crust and seal, slashing 2 to 3 vents near center. Bake in preheated oven until crust is golden brown, about 30 minutes. Pie can be served hot or cold.

- 1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees
- 2. Combine ingredients for crust in ungreased 9-inch pie pan. Pat out evenly to form crust.
- 3. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Cool.
- 4. In small bowl, soften gelatin in cool water. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- 5. Transfer gelatin mixture to blender. Add all other filling ingredients and process until smooth.
- 6. Pour filling into crust. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.

- In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir in milk until smooth. Cook and stir over medium-high heat for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. - Line up mini tart shells on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Allow the shells to cool.
- In a large bowl, mix together condensed milk and sour cream.
- Add 7 tbsp pineapple juice (from the can) and mix until thoroughly combined.
- Dice 8-10 pieces of pineapple and add into the condensed milk mixture.
- Fill up each tart shell with the mixture.
