HAWAIIAN PANINI SLIDERS, OH YEAHHHHHH
These bite size sandwiches are just too good to be true. The homemade aioli puts them over the top! I'll warn you ahead of time they are a little messy. So have plenty of napkins around. Use any lunch meat and cheese that suits your taste.

Steps:
- 1. TO MAKE THE AIOLI:
- 2. Make this the day before or at least several hours before.
- 3. Smash the garlic into a paste with the salt.
- 4. In a bowl, add the garlic paste and lemon juice and mix completely. I use Meyers lemons but use what you have but please do not use the bottled stuff.
- 5. Add the mayo and mustard and mix very well. Refrigerate till you are ready to make the panini's.
- 6. In a colander rinse and drain very well the sauerkraut. Put the butter in a sauté pan and sauté the sauerkraut and cook on low for about 5 minutes. Set aside and let the mixture cool.
- 7. Get your panini pan hot, I set it to 325.
- 8. Lay out all the of the rolls and put a small amount of the aioli on each of the bottoms and tops.
- 9. Cut the deli meats and cheese to fit the buns, and then add the ham, kraut, cheese and pastrami. . I use three slices of ham and two slices of cheese and I piled on the pastrami for each sandwich.
- 10. Place them on the panini pan, I grilled them for about 5 or 6 minutes.
- 11. This will depend on your pan. If you don't have a panini pan just use a frying pan and cook on each side. Serve with chips and baby dill pickles.....

- 1. Slice top from rolls and place bottoms in baking pan.
- 2. Layer ham and cheese on rolls.
- 3. Replace tops.
- 4. Combine butter, poppy seeds, mustard, Worcestershire, and onion powder in a saucepan. Mix well.
- 5. Drizzle over rolls. Refrigerate until butter is firm or overnight.
- 6. Cover with foil.
- 7. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
- 8. Uncover and cook for 2 additional minutes.
- 9. Serve warm or cold.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat; cook and stir onion until softened, 5 to 10 minutes. Add mustard, poppy seeds, and Worcestershire sauce; cook and stir for 5 minutes.
- Arrange the bottoms from each roll in the prepared baking dish. Spoon 2/3 the onion mixture over the roll bottoms. Add ham and Swiss cheese to each roll. Put tops of rolls over the Swiss cheese layer. Brush the remaining 1/3 onion mixture over tops of rolls. Cover dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and bake until tops of rolls are lightly browned, 5 to 10 minutes.

- Place a rack into lower half of oven and preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Arrange bottom halves of Hawaiian rolls on a baking sheet. Place a half slice each of ham, Swiss cheese, smoked turkey, and provolone cheese onto each roll bottom. Place top halves onto each bottom to make sandwiches.

- Remove rolls from package, lay flat, and slice in two (so you have one single top piece and one bottom piece). Separate and lay side by side. Spread with dressing.
- Layer Swiss cheese slices over both sections of sandwiches, covering as much as possible.
- Layer ham over the bottom section of sandwiches. Carefully pick up top and flip over onto bottom section. Place sandwich rolls into aluminum pan. (Or if baking fresh, place into foil lined 9x13 dish.)
- In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and stir. Brush or pour over tops of sandwiches.

HAM AND CHEESE HAWAIIAN SLIDERS
These Ham and Cheese Hawaiian sliders pack a big flavor punch with baked, juicy ham and melted Swiss cheese on a pillowy soft Hawaiian rolls. The secret is the buttery, gourmet mustard sauce.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave or over the stovetop. Add the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, dried onions and poppy seeds. Stir well until sauce is consistent.
- Using the largest serrated knife you have, slice the King's Hawaiian rolls in half to create a top and bottom bun. The sandwiches can be baked in the liner provided with the rolls or spray a 9X11 baking pan with cooking spray or parchment paper.
- Spread the folded over ham slices on the rolls. Layer the Swiss cheese on top. Using a brush or a spoon, spread 1/3 of the sauce over the Swiss cheese.
- Place the other halves of the rolls on top. Spread the remained of the sauce on top of the rolls.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese has finished melting.
- Serve warm or at room temperature. Makes 12 mini sandwiches and easily doubles for a larger crowd.
