Steps:
- First you prepare your pizza dough and your pizza sauce as well as the cheese sauce. You will also need to prepare the coconut bacon. Mix the ingredients and bake it for around 7-10 min at 350°F (180°C). Make sure it doesn't burn. Next, roll out the pizza dough and spread the pizza sauce on it and then spread the cheese sauce. Now take the pineapple and cut it into pieces. Spread them on the pizza and sprinkle them with coconut bacon or diced smoked tofu. Bake the pizza at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes or until the desired degree of browning is reached

HAWAIIAN PIZZA WITH CAULIFLOWER CRUST

Steps:
- Dice the bacon into small pieces. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the bacon. Cook until crisp. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon to a paper towel lined plate to drain. Discard all but 1 tablespoon of the bacon grease.
- Add the cubed ham to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until the ham is browned. Add the tomato sauce, chicken broth, onion powder, basil, and pepper to the ham. Stir to combine, then add the pasta and stir again. Bring the mixture to a boil, then cover and cook until the pasta is tender, about 15 minutes. (I like to stir this one or two times during the cook time to make sure all of the pasta gets cooked evenly.) Stir in the pineapple and reserved bacon, then remove from the heat.
- Sprinkle the top of the pasta with the mozzarella and cover again. Let the dish sit until the mozzarella is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.

Steps:
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, salt and yeast. Add the water and mix with a wooden spoon or your hands. It should be sticky, but not lumpy.
- Cover with saran wrap and a towel in a warm place, allowing it to rise for 24 hours. Transfer to a floured surface and shape into ball. Use when ready.
- Place pizza stone in oven 8" from the broiler element and preheat to 500°F. You want stone to be in oven for at least 30 minutes at 500°F.
- In a medium skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until fat is rendered and crisp. Place on paper towel-lined plate and reserve 1 tbsp bacon fat.
- If using chicken breasts, use same skillet you cooked the bacon. Season with Emeril's Essence and cook in skillet for 4 minutes on each side until completely cooked through and shred. If using rotisserie chicken, just shred, add the seasoning and set aside.
- Sprinkle pizza peel with cornmeal or flour. Use your hands to gently tug, pull and push the dough to the shape you want and place on pizza peel.
- Spread a light layer of the pizza over the dough, leaving about 1 inch around the edges untouched. Add about 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Spread the cooked chicken, bacon, pineapple and red onion. throughout the pizza. Add the remaining cheese.
- Once stone is preheated, turn broiler to high. Transfer pizza to pizza stone and bake for 4-5 minutes or until top is bubbly and bottom is golden brown. Top with cilantro if using.

- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Ideally you want to put your baking stone or an upside down baking tray in the oven to heat.
- Sprinkle some cornmeal or flour on parchment paper and stretch your dough into a rough circle or rectangle, about 12" X 15". If the dough keeps springing back, walk away for about 10 minutes to let the dough rest, it will stretch better after letting it sit.
- Top with cheese, Canadian bacon, cooked regular bacon and well drained pineapple. You may want to dab the pineapple with a paper towel to dry it even more.

- Preheat oven to 500F. Bring the pizza dough to room temperature, and shape the dough using your hands. (I like to bake pizza in cast iron pans, so I just press the dough out directly in the pan). Par-bake the dough for 7 minutes.
- Remove the par-baked pizza from the oven and top with the pizza sauce, followed by mozzarella, Canadian bacon, crumbled bacon, pineapple, and onions.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 8 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly. Remove the pizza onto a cutting board. Slice and top with chili flakes. Enjoy!

If you want a thicker crust, flatten and stretch on prepared pizza pan or hold the dough up on one side and quickly move your hands around the edges to stretch it out. Use your fingers to push up the edges to create a crust. Let dough rest for 10-15 minutes before topping.
- Brush the crust with olive oil, top with BBQ sauce, shredded cheeses, ham, pineapple, crumbled bacon, and sliced red onions.

- Making the doughRemember how you, therefore, make the dough will determine how good your pizza is. You will need to mix the high-quality flour powder, yeast, sugar, and salt in the basin. Next, add on the olive oil and water to make the perfect dough. Once you have the rough dough, it's ready for kneading. Now start to knead the dough until the surface of the dough is smooth and elastic. When this then happens, you know that the dough is ready for rising.
- Allow it to riseCover the basin with a damp cloth or plastic wrap. Some people will leave it out to start rising for a few minutes. Other times when the weather is too cold, put it in the oven. If you have an oven with some unique functions, turn the knob to the "fermentation" function. So then ferment to twice the size in 50 minutes.
- Prep the toppingsSlice the sausage, slice the pineapple, and cut the green pepper into small sections. These then you can set aside ready for use.
- Prep the cheeseWhich kind of cheese are you using? There are different cheese types you can use. The most common one is the mozzarella type. So cut the mozzarella into silk or small pieces.

- Prepare pizza dough through step 5, including preheating the oven to 475°F (246°C). Cover the shaped dough lightly with plastic wrap and allow it to rest as the oven preheats.
- To prevent the pizza toppings from making your pizza crust soggy, brush the shaped dough lightly with olive oil. Using your fingers, push dents into the surface of the dough to prevent bubbling. Top the dough evenly with pizza sauce, then add the cheese, ham, pineapple, and bacon.
- Bake pizza for 12-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil, if desired. Slice hot pizza and serve immediately.
- Cover leftover pizza tightly and store in the refrigerator. Reheat as you prefer. Baked pizza slices can be frozen up to 3 months. See pizza crust recipe for instructions on freezing the pizza dough.
