1 (6-ounces) package cherry flavored Jell-O
1 (16 1/2 ounce) can pitted black bing cherries, drained and juices reserved
1 cup boiling water
1 pint sour cream or 1 (17-ounce) container whipped cream cheese

Steps:

Place Jell-O in a large bowl. Add 1 cup reserved cherry juice and boiling water. Whisk thoroughly until Jell-O is dissolved. Transfer to refrigerator and chill until beginning to set, about 15 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator, and add either sour cream or whipped cream cheese. Beat with a hand-held electric mixer until smooth. Add cherries; stir to combine. Pour mixture into a 3-quart mold. Refrigerate until firm.
Quickly dip mold into a bowl of warm water. Wipe mold dry. Place a serving plate on top of mold and invert. Repeat dipping process if necessary to release Jell-O. Serve immediately or chill until serving.

Revive extra cranberry sauce in this good and easy salad. This is one of the recipes I made for the first Thanksgiving dinner I cooked years ago and has become a seasonal favorite at our house.-Dixie Terry, Goreville, Illinois

Ingredients

1 package (3 ounces) orange gelatin
3/4 cup boiling water
3/4 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 medium navel orange, peeled and finely chopped
4 lettuce leaves

Steps:

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cranberry sauce and orange. Pour into four 1/2-cup molds coated with cooking spray. Chill for 3-4 hours or until set. Unmold onto lettuce-lined plates.

Ingredients

3 (3 ounce) packages each jell-o brand grape gelatin
1 (3 ounce) package jell-o brand orange gelatin
2 1/2 cups boiling water (Do not add cold water.) or 2 1/2 cups boiling apple juice (Do not add cold water.)

Steps:

COMBINE dry gelatin mixes in large bowl.
Stir in boiling water at least 3 minute until completely dissolved.
Pour into 13x9-inch pan.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until firm.
TRACE outline of hand on piece of paper.
Cut out pattern.
Place on top of gelatin.
Cut around pattern with sharp knife, making sure to cut all the way through gelatin to bottom of pan.
Repeat with remaining gelatin.
DIP bottom of pan in warm water 15 sec. Carefully remove Jigglers Hands from pan.
Use as a garnish for your favorite Halloween punch or place on individual serving plates. Cut out any remaining gelatin with Halloween cookie cutters.
Serve with the Jigglers Hands.

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package jell-o orange gelatin mix
1 (3 ounce) package jell-o cherry gelatin
1 (3 ounce) package jell-o lime gelatin
3 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water
1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 (3 ounce) package jell-o lemon gelatin
2 (2 ounce) packages Dream Whip

Steps:

Prepare the 3 packages of jello separately, using 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water for each.
Pour each flavor into and 8 inch square pan.
Chill until firm or overnight.
Mix pineapple juice and sugar.
Heat until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Dissolve lemon jello in the hot juice; then add 1/2 cup of water.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Cut the firm jello into 1/2 inch cubes.
Prepare Dream Whip topping as directed on package and blend it with the lemon jello mixture.
Fold in jello cubes.
Pour into a 9x13 glass pan.
Chill at least 5 hours or overnight.
