HAMBURGER SALAD SANDWICHES
Have not tried this, but it sounds like it would be super easy for a quick meal. All the fixins for a burger combined with garlic and onion sauteed ground beef. Serve on a toasted bun and top with a fresh lettuce leaf.

- Drain and cool mixture.

Stir in the beef mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Spread on nine slices of bread; top with remaining bread.
