- In a large bowl, combine beef and seasoned salt. Shape into four 7x2-1/2-in. oval-shaped patties. , In a large skillet, cook patties over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160° and meat juices run clear. , Spread cream cheese over cut side of buns. Place a hamburger patty on each bun bottom; replace bun tops. Serve with au jus gravy for dipping.

Hot hamburger, the hubs' fave go to meal is turned into a deliciously quick sandwich in this Hot Hamburger Beef Dip. Swimming with ground beef, mushrooms, and delicious gravy, it will be your new fave go to meal.

Steps:
- Heat a large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add the onions and sauté until they begin to soften. Crumble the ground beef into the pan and cook until browned.
- Add the mushrooms and continue to cook until the mushrooms are browned and have released their juices.
- Combine the remaining ingredients with a whisk in a small bowl. Pour over the beef mixture and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
- Preheat the broiler.
- Slice the rolls almost in half. Coat the inside of the tops with butter. Place 1/2 to 2/3 cup of the beef mixture over the bottom of each of the four hoagie rolls. Top with one slice of cheese cut into half and broil until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve with Easy Fries.

- In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, cheese, onion, bouillon and garlic powder. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until bouillon is dissolved and cheese is melted. Cut the bread in half widthwise and lengthwise. Carefully hollow out top and bottom of loaf, leaving a 1/2-in. shell (discard removed bread or save for another use). Spoon meat mixture into bottom halves of bread. Top with additional cheese if desired, green pepper and tomato. Replace bread tops. Wrap in heavy-duty foil. Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes or until heated through. Slice and serve warm.

- Mix together ground beef and all ingredients (EXCEPT pepper jack cheese) in a medium bowl.
- Divide into 4 equal parts and shape into mini-loaves, about 4 inches long, 2 1/2 inches wide and 1/2 inch thick. Set aside.
- Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high. Pan-fry burgers to personal preference: 3 to 4 minutes on each side for medium rare, 5 to 6 minutes for medium.
- Top with cheese and cover skillet to melt, 1 minute.
- Serve immediately on rolls with toppings of choice ~ (mustard, mayo, ketchup, chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes, minced onion, pickles).
- Makes 4 servings.
