Steps:
- Brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet (we used cast iron) over medium heat. Drain any remaining fat from the pan.
- Season the beef with the paprika, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir to combine thoroughly.
- Stir in the water, milk and pasta and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 9-12 minutes until the pasta is al dente.
- Stir in the cheeses over the cooked pasta and heat until the cheese is completely melted.
- Let stand for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- Combine seasoning mix ingredients. Store in an airtight container. Shake well before using.
- Cheeseburger Casserole: Brown meat in 12" skillet over medium-high heat. Drain fat and discard. Add water, macaroni, tomatoes and 1/2 cup of seasoning mix. Simmer, covered, 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Off heat, stir in parmesan cheese and serve.
- Chili Tomato Macaroni: Brown meat in 12" skillet over medium-high heat. Drain fat and discard. Add water, macaroni, tomatoes, chili powder and 1/2 cup of seasoning mix. Simmer, covered, 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Serve hot.
- Potato Casserole: Brown meat in 12" skillet over medium-high heat. Drain fat and discard. Add water, potatoes, and 2/3 cup of seasoning mix. Simmer, covered, 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir. Cook uncovered until excess water is evaporated and sauce is nice and thick. Serve hot.

- In a large sauté pan with a lid, brown the ground beef over medium high heat. Remove cooked ground beef from pan and set aside, reserving 2 tablespoons of grease in the pan.
- Cook the onion until soft, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic for the last 30 seconds.
- Add the flour and stir to cook for about 1 minute, slowly stir in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Pour in the tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, seasoned salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder and pasta, stirring to combine. Cover with lid and sauté for 12 to 15 minutes or until pasta is cooked, stirring occasionally.
- Add in the cream and cheese and stir until all the cheese melted. Add back in ground beef, cook for 2 to 3 minutes more to re-heat ground beef and serve immediately!

- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat until no longer pink. Drain grease and return meat to the pan.
- Reduce heat to low and add the ketchup, seasonings, macaroni and broth to the pan and stir well to combine.
