- Preheat grill for high heat.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, evaporated milk, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and garlic using your hands. Form the mixture into 8 hamburger patties.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill patties 5 minutes per side, or until well done.

- Drain fat and return to skillet.
- Stir in soup and cheese and blend well.
- Add milk, catsup and salt.
- Stir until well blended.
- Pour mixture into a 2 quart casserole.
- Arrange bisquits on top of casserole.
- Bake @ 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until bisquits are lightly browned.

- Brown hamburger and onions. Combine softened cream cheese, soup, and milk. Combine browned hamburger and onions to mixture, add ketchup and salt.
