Here's a delicious orange sauce with mustard that's perfect served with sliced ham, pork chops, or pork tenderloin, or as a glaze spooned over your favorite baked ham.

½ cup orange marmalade
½ cup orange juice
¼ cup Maille® Old Style or Dijon Originale Mustard

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring until thoroughly combined. Use as a sauce for sliced ham (also good with pork chops or pork tenderloin).
  • This is also excellent as a glaze. Just spoon over entire ham about 30 minutes before ham is done, basting two or three times.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 boneless fully cooked ham (3 pounds)
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons plus 1-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/4 cups orange juice
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest

Steps:

  • Place ham on a greased rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 50-60 minutes., In a saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add the orange juice, water, lemon juice and butter. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Add the orange and lemon zest. Brush about 3 tablespoons of sauce over ham. Bake 10-15 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 140° and ham is heated through. Serve remaining sauce with ham.

Number Of Ingredients 16

1 reduced-sodium semi-boneless fully cooked ham (6 pounds)
1 cup orange juice
1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
GLAZE:
1 cup reduced-sugar orange marmalade
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon horseradish mustard or spicy brown mustard
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
SAUCE:
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup golden raisins

Steps:

  • Remove skin from ham. Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Combine orange juice and broth; pour over ham. Sprinkle with cloves. Cover and bake at 325° for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. , Combine glaze ingredients; spoon over ham. Bake, uncovered, 20-30 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 140° and ham is heated through. , Remove ham to a serving platter and keep warm. Strain pan drippings; skim fat. In a saucepan, combine orange juice, brown sugar and ginger. Stir in pan drippings, oranges and raisins. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes. Thicken if desired. Serve with the ham.
