- Preheat oven to 350°. Arrange fries in a greased 3-qt. baking dish; layer with broccoli and then ham. Combine soup, milk and mayonnaise until smooth; pour over ham. , Cover and bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; bake, uncovered, 20-25 minutes longer or until bubbly.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 2.5 qt casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle ham and onion in the bottom of the dish.
- In a mixing bowl, add eggs, milk, and spices and whisk well. Next, you will want to stir in the cheese. Then pour your egg mixture over the ham and onions. The next part of this tater tot breakfast casserole is my favorite.
- Top with frozen tater tots in an even layer. Make a pattern in your baking dish. Do you. Make it fun. Get the entire family involved. Go around in a circle. You know how this tater tot casserole recipe is supposed to look - so go at it!
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until center is set. Let everything set for about five minutes before serving and enjoy! This recipe serves about 6-8 people.

- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix hash browns, soups, onion, ham, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.

- Pour into a strainer over the sink and press to drain. Allow to continue draining.
- In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, yogurt, salt, garlic powder, ham, and 2 c cheese.
- Add the squash and mix.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining 2 c shredded cheese on top.
- Bake at 350f for 35 minutes or until the cheese is brown and bubbling.
