HAM AND SWISS BISCUIT BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

The flavors of your favorite ham and Swiss sandwich come to life in this easy, cheesy breakfast casserole! Toss Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers refrigerated buttermilk biscuits with grated Parmesan cheese and deli ham, then top with eggs and Swiss cheese. Bake everything together into a tasty all-in-one brunch dish everyone will love.

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers Buttermilk Biscuits (8 Count)
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup chopped deli ham (about 5 oz)
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (6 oz)
Chopped parsley, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Generously spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Separate dough into 8 biscuits; cut each into sixths. In large bowl, mix biscuit pieces, melted butter and Parmesan cheese; toss to evenly coat biscuit pieces. Stir in ham. Transfer mixture into pan, arranging biscuit pieces in single layer in pan.
  • Bake 12 minutes (dough will not be cooked through); remove from oven. With back of spoon, make 6 wells in biscuit mixture. Carefully crack one egg into each well.
  • Continue baking 13 to 15 minutes or until dough is golden brown and egg yolks are set and whites are firm. Remove from oven; sprinkle Swiss cheese around edges of eggs onto biscuits.
  • Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with parsley before serving. Serve immediately.

2 cups biscuit/baking mix
1/4 pound fully cooked ham, finely chopped
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2/3 cup 2% milk
1 large egg, beaten
1 tablespoon honey mustard
2 teaspoons dried minced onion

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the biscuit mix, ham and cheese. Combine the milk, egg, mustard and onion. Stir into biscuit mixture just until moistened. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls 2 in. apart onto a greased baking sheet. , Bake at 425° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.

4 tubes (6 ounces each) small refrigerated flaky biscuits (5 count each)
1/4 cup stone-ground mustard
ASSEMBLY:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup stone-ground mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
10 thick slices deli ham, quartered
10 slices Swiss cheese, quartered
2-1/2 cups shredded romaine
20 pitted ripe olives, drained and patted dry
20 pimiento-stuffed olives, drained and patted dry
40 frilled toothpicks

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Cut biscuits in half to make half-circles; place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Spread mustard over tops. Bake until golden brown, 8-10 minutes. Cool completely on wire racks., Mix butter and green onions. In another bowl, mix mustard, mayonnaise and honey. Split each biscuit into 2 layers., Spread biscuit bottoms with butter mixture; top with ham, cheese, romaine and biscuit tops. Spoon mustard mixture over tops. Thread 1 olive onto each toothpick; insert into stacks. Serve immediately.
