PINEAPPLE HAM LOAF
I "inherited" this recipe from the family that owned the building where I rented my first apartment. It's one of my favorites and very easy to prepare. It's great for company because you can mix the loaf in advance, then simply pour on the sauce before putting it in the oven...it's the sauce that makes it so good!

HAM LOAF I
This was a favorite recipe of our Mom's for Sunday dinner. We all loved it, and I'm sure you will too. Ground ham is formed into a meatloaf and baked in the oven.

Wrap in double thick foil and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for about 1 hour.
"HAM" LOAF HAWAIIAN
This recipe was in a Betty Crocker Boys and Girls cookbook my mother gave me when I was about 9 or 10 years old. I love Spam and this is one of my favorite ways to make it.

Steps:
- 1. Cutting a little more than halfway through, divide Spam into 8 sections. Place in a small baking dish. Starting with the first cut, spread 1/2 tsp. mustard in every other cut. In the same cuts place 1/2 of a pineapple slice. Sprinkle brown sugar over loaf and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. To serve, slice through loaf at every other cut so that the pineapple is in the middle of each serving. I like mine served with mashed potatoes and green beans with cheese.
