HAM DELIGHTS
Gussy up the basic ham and cheese slider.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a 13- x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
- Stir together mayonnaise, mustard, maple syrup, and 1/4 teaspoon of the salt in a small bowl. Using a long serrated knife, split the entire loaf of rolls horizontally (do not separate individual rolls from each other). Spread mayonnaise mixture on both cut sides of rolls. Fold ham slices; arrange ham and cheese evenly on bottom rolls. Replace top rolls.
- Brush tops of rolls evenly with butter; sprinkle with bagel seasoning and remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated oven 8 minutes. Remove foil; continue baking until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes. Serve immediately.

This recipe was given to me by a cousin. It is a wonderful recipe for carrying to work, or just to fix at home to have to eat while sitting and watching a movie or the game on tv.

Steps:
- Mix all (except rolls) together.
- Remove rolls from foil trays and using a sharp knife, split rolls in half.
- Spread ham mixture between the rolls and place back in pans.
- Cover with foil, warm on 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes (don't overheat).
- Let cool before cutting rolls apart.

- Split rolls.
- Spread bottom and top with sauce.
- Place ham and cheese on rolls.
- Place in pan and wrap in foil.
- Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
- These freeze well.
- Bake frozen rolls 30- 40 minutes at 400 degrees.

- Mix butter, poppy seeds, mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and ham if it's grated. If not, omit for now. Split the rolls by removing them from the tray and slicing them in half. Do not separate the individual rolls. Put the bottom back in the tray. Spread mixture on both sides. If using slices of ham, place small pieces on top of butter mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese, and put top layer of rolls back on top. Cover the entire tray with foil and wrap tightly. Bake at 350°F until cheese melts, about 20 minutes. Slice in-between the rolls with a serrated knife and serve warm.

I used regular ham in this yummy sandwich, but I bet it would be really good with country ham as well. Perfect for anything from a cocktail party to the big game!

- 1. Preheat oven to 350F.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine butter, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Add ham & cheese. Mix until well blended.
- 3. Slice the top half off of the rolls. DO NOT BREAK INTO INDIVIDUAL ROLLS. Return bottom half to the pan.
- 4. Spread 1/3 of the ham/cheese mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls in each pan. Replace top half of rolls.
- 5. Bake in oven for around 15 minutes until rolls are golden brown and cheese has melted. Slice into individual rolls before serving.

- Arrange bottom halves of rolls in a greased 9x9-in. baking pan. Spread cut side of roll bottoms with horseradish sauce. - Preheat the oven to 350F. Separate the dinner rolls and slice each in half through the middle. Arrange the bottoms of the rolls on a sheet pan pressed very close together (like they were in the package).
- Place one half of one slice of Swiss, folded in half, on each roll. Top with a slice or two of ham until all of the swiss and ham is used. Place the bun tops back over the rolls and press the sandwiches together once more so there is no space between them. This can be done on two small or one large baking sheet.
- In the microwave, melt the butter for about 30 seconds. Stir in the seasoned salt, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, dehydrated onion, and Worcestershire.
- Brush the butter mixture with all of the spices all over the tops of the sandwiches and in between so the butter runs into the sandwiches. Use all of the butter mixture. Cover tightly with foil.
