MISSISSIPPI SIN HAM DIP
There may be 'sin' in the name, but there's goodness in every scoop. This gooey, cheesy, ham-filled dip gets a spicy kick from diced green chiles and McCormick® Taco Seasoning Mix. Serve with tortilla chips and bask in winning the appetizer game.

PARTY HAM DIP
Great party dip! The recipe listed below is doubled. I usually make it doubled since we like it so much. Can be served with pork rinds for low carb. I serve it (when not on low carb) with Wheat Thins.

Steps:
- Mix the cream cheese, ham and mayonnaise with mixer.
- Add the chopped Onions, Louisiana Hot Sauce and Sour Cream by hand to thin to the right consistency.
- Chill until set, several hours.
- When set this can be rolled into a ball, or a half moon, and rolled/topped with chopped nuts if you want to fancy it up a bit.
- But we don't usually wait for that.
- That's it! I hope you enjoy it!

COBB SALAD WITH HAM
This salad is a complete meal and perfect for those hot days when you really don't want to spend too much time in the kitchen. I used deli ham but leftover baked ham is delicious in this salad.

COBB DIP
This is very rich--you probably won't want very much in a serving but quite tasty. I used swiss chard in place of the lettuce and Ro-tel in place of the tomatoes. Serving size is estimated. Recipe courtesy of www.lemontreedwelling.com.

- Note~ Shell can be wrapped in foil to prevent burning.
