HAM AND SWISS WAFFLES
Waffles turn savory with this delicious ham and cheese twist. Add a fried egg, and your breakfast or dinner is complete.

- Heat waffle maker; lightly brush with vegetable oil, if necessary. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick™ mix, milk, oil, egg, ham and shredded cheese.
- Pour 1/2 cup batter onto center of hot waffle maker. (Waffle makers vary in size; check manufacturer's directions for recommended amount of batter.) Close lid of waffle maker. Bake according to manufacturer's directions until steaming stops and waffle is golden brown; carefully remove waffle. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and chopped chives.

- In a mixing bowl, stir together the sour cream and 3/4 of the swiss cheese.
- Add in macaroni and ham; stir to combine (add salt and pepper if needed for seasoning).
- Transfer mixture to a 13x9 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
- Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

- In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup of the warm milk, the sugar and yeast. Let stand for 10 minutes or until foamy. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine eggs, melted butter and the remaining 11/4 cups warm milk.
- Place flour in a large bowl; make a well in the center. Add egg mixture and yeast mixture to the flour. Stir until just moistened (batter should be slightly lumpy). Cover with plastic wrap; let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Gently fold in ham and cheese.
- Following manufacturer's directions, add batter to a preheated, well-greased waffle maker; cook until golden and crisp. When done, remove waffle with a fork. Keep warm in a 300° oven while cooking remaining waffles.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together sour cream and mustard. Serve waffles topped with sour cream mixture, honey and chives.
