Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together 14 tablespoons of softened butter, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard until blended.
- Add the minced onion, ham and cheese and fold together with a wooden spoon until well mixed.
- Slice the rolls in half lengthwise and place cut side up in a 13x9-inch baking pan lined with parchment or place on sheets of foil large enough to cover the rolls. Divide the ham mixture equally on top of the three pans of rolls. Cover with the top half of the rolls. Cover with a double thickness of foil to seal. (If desired, seal and refrigerate or freeze at this point.)
- TIPS: If made ahead and refrigerated, bring to room temperature, about 30 minutes before baking. If frozen, thaw overnight in the refrigerator then set out for 30 minutes before baking.
- Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until heated through. If making 24 thicker rolls, bake for an additional 5 minutes. Melt the remaining two tablespoons of butter and brush on top of the hot rolls, if desired. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and serve.

Steps:
- Place all the rolls on a large cutting board and take a large knife to slice all your rolls in half at the same time (do not break them apart) and gently remove the tops as one big piece.
- Layer ham slices on the bottom halves of the rolls that are still all connected.
- Layer Swiss cheese slices across the top of the ham.
- As one piece, place the top halves of your rolls back on top of the bottom part of the sliders.
- Pick up the cutting board and gently slide the sliders as one large loaf off the cutting board and into a casserole crock pot.
- In a small bowl or coffee cup, mix together remaining ingredients.
- Brush the tops of the sliders with the butter mixture liberally with a basting brush.
- Cover and cook on high for 1.5 to 2 hours, turning your insert halfway through if your slow cooker doesn't cook evenly.
- If desired and your insert is broiler safe, place your rolls on the lower rack in your oven with your broiler on high for 30-60 seconds to crisp up the tops. (Watch continually and do not walk away. You can go from perfection to burnt very quickly in a broiler.)
- Cut the sliders apart and serve

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 9×9-inch or 9×13-inch pan with aluminum foil, spray with cooking spray; set aside.
- Using a large serrated knife, slice the rolls in half so you have a 'slab' of tops and a 'slab' of bottoms; don't pull the rolls apart and slice individually because you want to keep them connected.
- Place the bottom 'slab' of rolls in prepared pan.
- Evenly layer about half of the ham over the rolls.
- Evenly layer the cheese.
- Evenly layer the remaining ham.
- Add the top 'slab' of rolls; set aside.
- To a medium microwave-safe bowl, add the butter and heat on high power to melt, about 1 minute.
- Add the mustard, poppy seeds, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and whisk to combine.
- Evenly and slowly pour the butter mixture over the rolls. Use a spatula to spread the mixture over the tops. Some of the mixture will pool at the base of the rolls.
- Cover with aluminum foil and allow rolls to stand at room temp for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Bake covered for about 20 minutes or until cheese has melted.
- Uncover and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until as done as desired. Baking time will vary based on the size of pan used, climate and oven variances, etc. Bake until as done as desired; watch to make sure they don't burn since all ovens and ingredients vary.
- Slice into individual sliders and serve immediately. Sliders are best warm and fresh.

- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and miracle whip. Spread onto both sides of the center of each roll. Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss inside of each roll. Close rolls and place them into a large baking dish or heavy cookie sheet. Place very close together.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the poppy seed sauce ingredients. Pour evenly over all of the sandwiches. You do not have to use all of the sauce! Just use enough to cover the tops. Let sit 10 minutes or until butter sets slightly. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Uncover and cook for 2 additional minutes or until tops are slightly brown and crispy. Serve warm. Note: Sandwiches can be assembled ahead of time. I don't like to do it more than a day ahead because they can get soggy from the mayo mixture.
