Steps:

  • Combine mayo and onions in medium bowl.
  • Add coleslaw blend; mix lightly.
  • Fill bread slices with lettuce, ham and coleslaw to make 4 sandwiches.

Steps:

  • Drain cole slaw and stir in dill.
  • Split rolls. Spread mustard over top halves and spoon cole slaw on bottom halves.
  • Place salami and cheese on cole slaw on bottom halves. Place salami and cheese on cole slaw and cover with top halves of rolls.
  • Cut sandwiches in half and serve.

3 cups shredded cabbage or 3 cups coleslaw mix
8 slices pumpernickel bread
softened butter
3/4 lb sliced black forest ham (or other good-quality ham)
4 slices thin large dill pickles

Steps:

  • Combine mayonnaise with vinegar, salt and sugar.
  • Add cabbage and coat well.
  • Butter bread - this is important as the butter makes a 'lining' to prevent the bread from getting too soggy, and it tastes good too.
  • Layer ham and slaw on bread.
  • Top with a dill pickle slice.

¼ cup Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, (plus more for serving)
½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
¼ teaspoon each kosher salt and black pepper, (optional)
8 slices Pepperidge Farm® German Dark Wheat Bread
1 (9-ounce) tub Hillshire Farm® Thin Sliced Honey Ham lunch meat

Steps:

  • Pour kale slaw mix into a large bowl. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt and pepper (if using) to form coleslaw dressing. Pour dressing over coleslaw mix and toss to combine.
  • Toast bread, if desired, and squeeze a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread. Spread mayonnaise with knife to cover entire slice of bread.
