12 large eggs
1 cup 2% milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 package (30 ounces) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 cups cubed fully cooked ham (about 1 pound)
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Whisk together first 4 ingredients. Place a third of the potatoes in a greased 5- or 6-qt. slow cooker; layer with a third of each of the following: ham, onion and cheese. Repeat layers twice. Pour egg mixture over top. Refrigerate, covered, overnight., Cook, covered, on low 4-5 hours, until casserole is set and edges begin to brown. Turn off slow cooker. Remove insert; let stand, uncovered, 30 minutes before serving.

12 eggs
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 oz sliced deli ham, chopped (about 1 cup)
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Make biscuits as directed on bag.
  • Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, beat eggs, cream, salt and pepper with whisk. Stir in ham. Pour egg mixture into baking dish. Bake 25 to 28 minutes or until egg mixture is set and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 4 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Cut baked eggs into 4 rows by 3 rows to make 12 squares. Split biscuits, and fill each with 1 egg square.

8 slices day-old Italian bread (3/4 inch thick)
8 slices American or cheddar cheese
8 thin slices deli ham
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
3/4 cup 2% milk
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard

Steps:

  • Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place four slices butter side down in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Top with American cheese, ham and Parmesan. Top with remaining bread, butter side up. , In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over bread; turn each sandwich. 2 teaspoons prepared steak sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 pinch cayenne pepper
8 large thick slices sourdough bread (cut diagonally from loaf, about 1/2-inch thick)
1/4 cup grainy mustard
1/2 red onion, sliced paper thin
4 slices smoked ham, halved (1/4-inch thick)
8 ounces sharp white cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Steps:

  • Mix mayonnaise, steak and Worcestershire sauces, dry mustard, and cayenne in small bowl.
  • Spread 4 slices bread with thin layer of grainy mustard and top with layer of onion, 2 pieces of ham, and the cheese. Spread mayonnaise mixture over remaining bread and place on sandwiches. Brush both sides of sandwiches with butter.
  • Heat large skillet over medium heat. Add sandwiches and fry, turning once, until golden, about 3 m inutes each side. Serve hot.

6 large eggs, (room temperature)
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon pepper
12 King's Hawaiian sweet rolls
6 slices sharp cheddar cheese
12 slices ham
6 slices provolone cheese
¼ cup unsalted butter, (melted)
½ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a 7x11-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, salt, and pepper until the egg whites and egg yolks are fully combined.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  • When the skillet is hot, pour the egg mixture into the pan. As eggs begin to set, gently pull the eggs across the pan with a spatula, forming large soft curds.
  • Continue cooking, pulling, lifting and folding eggs, until thickened and no visible liquid egg remains. Do not stir constantly. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Split the rolls in half. Place the bottom halves of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
  • Top the buns with the cheddar cheese slices, ham slices, cooked eggs, and the provolone cheese slices.
  • Place the top halves of the buns on top.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning.
  • Brush the tops of the rolls with the melted butter mixture.
  • Tent the dish with aluminum foil, not letting it touch the tops of the rolls and bake for 20-22 minutes, or until the cheese is hot and bubbly.
  • Serve warm.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Split English muffins and lay on a sheet pan.
  • Rub butter into each cavity of a 12-cup muffin tin, then crack an egg into each cavity. Break the yolks unless you want them runny.
