1/2 ounce simple syrup
4 to 5 fresh mint leaves, torn
2 slices lime, plus more for garnish
2 small sprigs fresh thyme
4 blackberries, plus more for garnish
Ice
1 1/2 ounces citrus-infused rum, such as Bacardi Limon
Club soda

Steps:

  • Muddle the simple syrup, mint, lime, thyme and blackberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Measure in the rum. Shake well, about 20 seconds. Add club soda and shake the contents simultaneously into 2 mojito glasses. Garnish with lime and blackberries.

Number Of Ingredients 7

Small handful fresh mint (about 10 leaves)
1 cup ice cubes
Splash simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water, heated until sugar dissolves, cooled)
1/4 cup apple juice
1/3 cup vodka
2 red apple slices, for garnish
2 green apple slices, for garnish

Steps:

  • In a tall glass, crush the mint leaves with a muddler. Top with the ice, simple syrup, apple juice and vodka. Garnish with red and green apples slices and serve.
