Steps:
- Muddle mint springs and sugar together in a measuring cup. Use this cup to measure the rum and juices so you rinse out all the yummy goodness.
- Place muddled mint and sugar in cocktail shaker half filled with ice, add rum and juices and shake 15 times.
- Strain into glass filled with ice. Dilute to desired strength with club soda. optional.
- Garnish with mint.

- Muddle 3 sprigs mint and sugar together in a cocktail shaker; add ice, rum, lime juice, and guava nectar. Cover and shake 10 times. Strain drink into glass filled with ice; add club soda and garnish with 1 mint sprig.

- Classic Mojito (aka Bacardi Mojito) This, along with the Spicy Passion Mojito below, was my favorite of the six concoctions whipped up by Glen and Francis at the Sugarcane Mojito Bar.
