6 cups grumichama
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup water

Steps:

  • Wash fruit then cut the fruit in half and remove the seeds.
  • Squeeze all of the fruit to a pulp.
  • Boil the water and dissolve the sugar in it to make a sugar syrup.
  • Leave to cool.
  • Place the fruit pulp in ice block moulds, pour in the sugar syrup and freeze.
