Steps:
- Set oven control to broil and/or 550 degrees.
- Cook bacon until limp; cool.
- Mix turkey, bread crumbs, worcestershire sauce and garlic salt.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Shape into 6 1/2" inch thick patties.
- Crisscross 2 slices bacon on each patty, tucking ends under; secure with wooden picks.
- Broil with tops about 4" from heat until turkey springs back when touched and is no longer pink, about 4 minutes on each side.
- You can also grill these on a BBQ on medium heat until turkey is cooked through.

- Mince bread in a food processor and transfer crumbs to a bowl. Add turkey, mushrooms, egg, green onions, bacon, hot sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well and divide into 4 portions. Form each portion into a patty.
- Preheat a grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Cook patties until no longer pink in the center, 12 to 14 minutes.

Steps:
- Partially freeze the bacon and pulse in small batches in the food processor until ground or tiny.
- Mix in bowl with other ingredients until well mixed.
- Shape into four patties.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Place in skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium stove burner.
- Cook on medium for 5 minutes a side or until brown.
- Finish in over for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees.

Steps:
- Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes; drain and cool on a plate lined with paper towels. Crumble bacon.
- Mix bacon, turkey, bread crumbs, Cheddar cheese, yellow onion, egg, jalapeno pepper, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper together in a bowl; shape mixture into eight 1/4-pound patties.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Cook the turkey burgers on the preheated grill until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 7 to 10 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

- Heat gas or charcoal grill. In bowl, mix turkey, bread crumbs, egg, dressing mix and 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce. Let stand 5 minutes. Shape mixture into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick, pressing small indentation in center of each patty. Wrap 2 strips of bacon around each patty. In small bowl, stir together remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce and the relish; set aside.
- Spray grill and turkey patties with cooking spray. Place patties on grill over medium heat. - In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey with all the other ingredients. Mix thoroughly with you hands. Once it is combined, form into 8 balls, Then on a working surface take each meat ball and flatten it out to approximately 1/2 inch thick.
