SPICY GRILLED SHRIMP (GOCHUJANG SAEWU GUI)
Easy spicy grilled shrimp flavored with a gochujang sauce!

Steps:
- Soak the wooden skewers in water while preparing the shrimp. Peel and devein the shrimp if they are shell-on. Rinse the shrimp and drain well (or pat dry). Thread 3 or 4 shrimps on to the skewers. Lightly sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
- Mix all the marinade ingredients well in a bowl.
- Spoon (or brush) the marinade all over the shrimp to coat evenly. Let stand for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat a lightly oiled grill. Grill the shrimp over moderate heat until they turn opaque and curled up, a minute or two each side, depending on the heat source. Do not overcook. Baste the shrimp with the remaining sauce while grilling and before serving. You can also cook the shrimp in a grill pan over medium high heat. Garnish with the optional scallions or chives.

- 1. In a large ziplock bag, combine the soy sauce, honey, garlic, gochujang, sesame oil, and lemon juice. Add the shrimp, seal the bag and toss to coat. If desired, you can marinate the shrimp for up to 24 hours, but it's not imperative. 2. To make the citrus butter. In a small sauce pan, combine the butter, orange juice, and lemon juice and cook over medium heat until the sauce is melted and smooth. Remove from the heat and stir in the cilantro and chiles. 3. Preheat an outdoor grill or grill pan to high.4. Thread the 4-5 shrimp on skewers and grill each skewer for 2 minutes per side or until the shrimp is cooked through. 5. Arrange the skewers on a platter or plate and serve drizzled with the citrus butter and top with sesame seeds and cilantro. Enjoy!

OLD BAY MARINATED AND GRILLED SHRIMP
These shrimp marinate for only 30 minutes in a flavorful mix of lemon juice, garlic and the powerhouse spice blend, Old Bay seafood seasoning. Don't be tempted to let them sit in the sauce any longer than that because the lemon juice will start to cook the shrimp and make them tough. Serve with some boiled or roasted potatoes for a grill-lover's version of a shrimp boil.

- Juice half of the lemon and add the juice to a medium glass bowl. Finely grate the garlic and add to the bowl along with the Old Bay seasoning, olive oil and shrimp. Toss to combine.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the remaining lemon half into wedges and reserve for serving.
- Heat a large grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the shrimp from the marinade and put on a baking sheet lined with paper towels. In batches, cook the shrimp until lightly charred in spots on both sides and just cooked through, about 3 minutes total. Remove from the heat and transfer to a large plate.
- Serve the shrimp with the reserved lemon wedges and hot sauce.

- Whisk together the soy, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, white wine vinegar, lime juice and peanut oil together in a small bowl. Place shrimp skewers onto a plate and drizzle with peanut oil to lightly coat. Season with salt and pepper.
