Horseradish, a natural partner with grilled beef, proves its stuff again in this easy recipe for boneless steaks.

2 tablespoons spicy horseradish mustard
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon honey
4 (1/2 to 3/4-inch-thick) boneless beef top loin steaks (New York, Kansas City or strip steaks)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

Steps:

  • In small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate while cooking steaks.
  • Heat closed contact grill for 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, brush steaks with oil. Sprinkle both sides of each steak with garlic-pepper blend and seasoned salt.
  • When grill is heated, place steaks on bottom grill surface. Close grill; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until of desired doneness. Serve sauce with steaks.

2 garlic cloves, minced
4 beef ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick and 12 ounces each)
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1-1/2 teaspoons pepper

Steps:

  • In a small heavy saucepan, melt butter with garlic over medium heat. Heat 4-6 minutes or until butter is golden brown, stirring constantly. Remove from heat., Season steaks with salt and pepper. Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from heat 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°)., Gently warm garlic butter over low heat. For the Parsley-Garlic Butter, mix together in small bowl, then cover and chill:
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1 garlic clove, pressed
2 teaspoons Cognac
Salt and pepper
Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Rub with generous amounts of salt and pepper:
3 1 1/2-inch-thick rib-eye steaks (about 1 pound each)

Steps:

  • Grill steaks to desired doneness, about 6 minutes per side for medium-rare. Cut each steak in half, top with spoonful of chilled butter, and serve.

4. 10-12 oz ribeye steaks
1/4 c olive oil
2 Tbsp kosher salt
2 Tbsp freshly ground pepper
2 Tbsp garlic powder
HORSERADISH GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE
2 stick butter, unsalted
1/4 c horseradish
2 Tbsp italian parsley, finely chopped
1 Tbsp garlic , minced
1 Tbsp kosher salt
2 tsp lemon zest, minced

Steps:

  • 1. Cover steaks with olive oil, season evenly on both sides with kosher salt, fresh ground pepper, and granulated garlic. Let marinate for at least 1 hour (up to 24 hours).
  • 2. In a medium bowl, combine Horseradish Garlic Butter Sauce ingredients, set aside.
  • 3. Preheat grill.
  • 4. Place steaks on a medium hot grill and cook over direct heat for 4 to 6 minutes on each side for a medium rare steak, or longer if desired. Remove from grill. To serve, place desired amount of Horseradish Garlic Butter Sauce on each steak

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 beef ribeye steaks (3/4 pound each)
STEAK SEASONINGS:

HERB BUTTER:
1/4 cup butter, softened
