GRILLED STEAKS WITH HORSERADISH-MUSTARD SAUCE
Horseradish, a natural partner with grilled beef, proves its stuff again in this easy recipe for boneless steaks.

Steps:
- In small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate while cooking steaks.
- Heat closed contact grill for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, brush steaks with oil. Sprinkle both sides of each steak with garlic-pepper blend and seasoned salt.
- When grill is heated, place steaks on bottom grill surface. Close grill; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until of desired doneness. Serve sauce with steaks.

- In a small heavy saucepan, melt butter with garlic over medium heat. Heat 4-6 minutes or until butter is golden brown, stirring constantly. Remove from heat., Season steaks with salt and pepper. - 1. Cover steaks with olive oil, season evenly on both sides with kosher salt, fresh ground pepper, and granulated garlic. Let marinate for at least 1 hour (up to 24 hours).
- 2. In a medium bowl, combine Horseradish Garlic Butter Sauce ingredients, set aside.
- 3. Preheat grill.
- 4. Place steaks on a medium hot grill and cook over direct heat for 4 to 6 minutes on each side for a medium rare steak, or longer if desired. Remove from grill. To serve, place desired amount of Horseradish Garlic Butter Sauce on each steak

- Pulse 1 stick softened butter in a food processor with 1/3 cup chopped chives, 3 tablespoons horseradish, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest until smooth. Scrape the butter onto plastic wrap or parchment, wrap and shape into a log. Chill until firm. Slice and serve over grilled steak.
