The marinade for this grilled pepper recipe combines healthy olive oil with lemon juice and a bit of Worcestershire sauce for tangy flavor. So easy but oh so good.

Steps:
- Mix all the marinade ingredients together and set aside. Cut the peppers into 2 or 4 pieces. Place the pieces on a plate and season them. Pour the marinade over the pieces and marinade for 15 minutes.
- Oil the grill and set it to medium heat. Cook the peppers over medium heat, turning often and basting occasionally until they are softened and the skin is blackened in spots.

- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat. When hot, lightly oil grate.
- Combine the squash, zucchini, onion, and bell pepper in a bowl; drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with lemon-pepper seasoning; stir to coat. Place the vegetable mixture in the center of a large sheet of aluminum foil. Top with another large sheet of aluminum foil. Roll the edges of the foil sheets together to seal into a packet.

- Prepare a grill for medium heat.
- Toss the chicken wings, vegetable oil, 2 teaspoons of the Cajun seasoning, 3/4 teaspoon of the garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt and several grinds of pepper in a large bowl until evenly combined.
- Brush the grill grates lightly with oil. Place the chicken wings on the grill in an even layer and cover with the lid. Cook, flipping occasionally, until well browned and cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes.
