GRILLED CHOCOLATE SANDWICH
This is JUST like making a grilled cheese, but you are using chocolate! Created this while craving chocolate and carbs.

Steps:
- Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Spread half the butter on one piece of French bread; place butter-side down into warm skillet. Sprinkle bread with chocolate chips; cook until chocolate begins to melt and bread is lightly browned, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Spread remaining butter on second piece of bread. Place bread butter-side up on top of melted chocolate. Flip the sandwich and cook until bread is browned on other side, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

This is decadent French-toast sandwich makes a sweet breakfast.

- In a large, shallow dish, whisk together eggs and milk; set aside.
- Form two sandwiches with the bread and chocolate (break chocolate as necessary to cover bread without extending over edges); dip both sides of sandwiches in egg mixture to coat.
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat; transfer sandwiches to skillet. Cook, pressing occasionally with a spatula, until golden, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Cut in half, and dust with confectioners' sugar before serving.

Guilty Pleasure number 2,438. The better quality the chocolate the better the sandwich although this is delicious even with a Hersey bar or some left over chocolate chips, lol.

Steps:
- Melt the butter in a heavy skillet over low heat and swirl each half of the bread, one side only, in the butter.
- Place the piece of bread, buttery side down in skillet.
- Layer with chocolate pieces.
- Top with the other piece of bread, buttery side up and raise heat.
- Cook exactly as you would an ordinary grilled cheese sandwich, pressing down on the bread occasionally and flipping after the first side browns.
- Remove when the second side is golden brown and the chocolate has melted.
- Cool slightly and eat.

- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spread the butter across the bottom of each of the slices of bread. Spread peanut butter across the top side of each of the bread slices.
- Place 2 of the buttered-side down bread slices in the heated skillet. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and raspberries. Add the remaining buttered slices on top (buttered side up). Cook until the chocolate begins to melt and the bread begins to turn golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and let the sandwiches sit for a couple of minutes until the chocolate cools. Then cut sandwiches in half and serve.
