EVERYTHING BAGEL GRILLED CHEESE
If you love the taste of everything bagels and the comforting nature of a grilled cheese, it's time you combined them for this delicious sandwich recipe that will give you the best of both worlds. By coating sourdough bread with a "crust" of everything bagel seasoning, you'll achieve the perfect everything bagel flavor, while maintaining the integrity of a grilled cheese sandwich. Bagel sandwiches are great, but sometimes you want the comfort of your favorite toasted bread holding together that wonderfully melted cheese. This recipe is great for adding a little flair to a recipe you know and love.

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix.
- Can be stored in an airtight container for a month!
- Melt butter in microwave. Stir in the everything bagel seasoning.
- Spread butter and seasoning on one side of each piece of bread.
- Place cheese in the middle.
- Heat a sauté pan on medium. When warm, place grilled cheese on the pan.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes, and then flip. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
EVERYTHING BAGEL GRILLED CORN
Steps:
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to high heat.
- Grill the corn, turning occasionally, until browned in spots and the kernels are tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
- Using a spatula or butter knife, spread some of cream cheese over each ear of corn, covering the kernels completely. Sprinkle all sides with about a tablespoon of the everything bagel seasoning.

Steps:
- Fry onions with a tbsp of butter in a small pan over medium heat until nicely browned (about 5 minutes).
- Preheat another small frying pan on medium heat for the grilled cheese.
- Butter the cut sides of the bagel.
- Place one half of the bagel buttered side down in the frying pan and flatten down a bit with a spatula.
- Top with one slice of cheese followed by the onions and another slice of cheese.
- Place the remaining bagel half on top buttered side up and then flatten the whole sandwich with the spatula.
- Allow the sandwich to cook until the bottom is golden brown (about 2-3 minutes).
- Flip the sandwich and brown the other side.
- Serve and enjoy!

GRILLED CHEESE WITH EVERYTHING BAGEL SEASONING
Steps:
- Mix together the cream cheese and scallions until well combined.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bread slices and toast until lightly browned on one side; remove to a cutting board, toasted-side up (the toasted sides will become the insides of your sandwich). Spread all four slices with scallion cream cheese, then sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning. Top two of the slices with mozzarella, sliced tomato and red onion. Press the capers into the cream cheese on the other two slices. Form sandwiches.
- Add a bit more butter to the skillet if it seems dry. Place the sandwiches in the skillet, cover with a lid and cook until toasted on the bottom, 3 to 5 minutes. Flip the sandwiches and cook, covered, until toasted on the reverse side and the mozzarella is melted, about another 2 minutes. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, cut in half and serve.
- Mix together the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried minced garlic, dried minced onion and salt.
