Steps:
- In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, raisins, bacon, green onions and sour cream. Form into a ball, and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight before serving.
- To serve, place the cheese ball on a serving tray, and pour the mango chutney over it. Surround with crackers for dipping.

Steps:
- Spread 1 side of each bread slice with butter. Turn over 4 slices and spread with chutney, then divide cheese and bacon among them. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered sides up.
- Heat a dry 12-inch heavy skillet over moderate heat until hot, then cook sandwiches, 2 at a time, pressing occasionally and turning over once, until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes total per batch.

I made this sandwich up one day and have never been able to enjoy traditional grilled cheese quite as much since. The tangy goat cheese and spicy-sweet mango chutney is an awesome combo, and sourdough bread lends to the flavor nicely. As a bonus, it is ridiculously quick and easy to make! Try pairing this with butternut squash soup; it's an even better combo than the old grilled cheese and tomato!

Steps:
- Spread goat cheese onto one side of one slice of bread and mango chutney on one side of the other slice of bread. Sandwich bread slices together around the goat cheese and chutney.
- Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium-low heat. Cook sandwich in melted butter, pressing with the back of a spatula occasionally to assure the cheese melts, until the bread is golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side.

- 1. Lay six slices of the bread on a cutting board and brush each slice generously with the butter.
