This is a quick and easy way to grill salmon. It's wonderful served with baked asparagus with balsamic butter sauce and boiled new potatoes!

- Season salmon fillets to taste with sea salt, and place into a shallow, glass dish. Whisk together vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and rosemary; pour over salmon fillets. Cover, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil grate.
- Remove salmon from marinade, and shake off excess. Discard remaining marinade. Cook on preheated grill until fish is opaque in the center and flakes easily with a fork, about 4 minutes per side.

- Sprinkle fillets with lemon-pepper, garlic powder and curry powder. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. , In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the soy sauce, butter, Worcestershire sauce and Liquid Smoke if desired; add the salmon. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 30 minutes. Drain and discard marinade., Place salmon skin side down on grill rack. - For pesto, combine the basil, oil, garlic, pepper, lemon juice, salt and 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese in a food processor; cover and process until finely chopped. , Place the salmon in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Spread 2 tablespoons pesto over fillets. (Cover and refrigerate remaining pesto for another use.) , Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20-22 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. - Heat a grill pan over medium high heat.
- Combine basil, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Brush evenly over salmon pieces, tops and bottoms.

- Combine marinade ingredients in a blender container.
- Process until smooth.
- Place salmon steaks in a glass dish.
- Pour marinade over salmon, turn to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cover wood chips with water and soak for 30 minutes.
- Just before cooking salmon sprinkle wood chips over coals.
- Place salmon steaks on oiled grill rack 4-6 inches over medium hot coals.
- Grill 10-17 minutes until fish is done, basting occasionally with the marinade.
- Garnish with a lemon slices and sprigs of basil.

- Place pine nuts, honey, lemon juice, 1/4 cup olive oil, basil, garlic, and chile in a blender and process until the mixture is pureed. Spoon the sauce over the salmon, and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours, turning twice.
- Place bell peppers and watercress in a bowl. Toss with vinegar and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Cover and refrigerate while the salmon cooks.

- MELT butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add garlic, and saute 1 to 2 minutes. Add half-and-half and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, and cook 8 minutes or until reduced by half.
- WHISK together lemon juice and flour until smooth. Whisk lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon pepper into butter mixture, and cook, whisking constantly, 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat, and stir in basil. Keep warm.

- Place the salmon, skin side down, in a glass dish just large enough to hold them. Season all sides with salt, pepper, celery seeds and onion or garlic powder to taste. Gently press the seasoning into the fish with your hands. Sprinkle with lemon juice, let stand 60 minutes. Turn the salmon over after 30 minutes. Drain excess liquid and drizzle with oil, set aside.
- Preheat barbecue to high. Once the grill is hot, scrape it clean and lower heat to medium. Oil the grill.
- Cook salmon, skin side down, 5 minutes. Turn and cook another 5 minutes. Remove from the grill, and garnish with two slices of tomato basil butter. Serve immediately with creamy pasta and steamed broccoli.
- Chop the dried tomatoes and basil leaves very finely with a large knife. Transfer to a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Combine all ingredients with the back of a fork.
