1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
2 (6 ounce) cans crabmeat, drained
1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients into the Crock-Pot and stir to combine.
  • Cook for 30 to 60 minutes until melted.
  • Serve with crackers, chips, or sliced vegetables.

1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
Old Bay Seasoning, to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 lb crabmeat, flaked
1/2 cup pecans, chopped (optional)

Steps:

  • In food processor or with an electric mixer on low speed, mix sour cream, Old Bay Seasoning, and cream cheese until creamy.
  • Stir in celery, onion, and lemon juice. Fold in crabmeat.
  • Serve with crackers or chips.
  • Variation: Add 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
