Steps:

• Mix all ingredients EXCEPT potatoes in small bowl.
• Place potatoes into lightly greased 9x13" baking pan or shallow baking sheet.
• Toss with mustard mixture.
• Bake at 425F for 35-40 minutes, or until potatoes are fork tender, stirring occasionally.

• Mix Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, oil, garlic and Italian seasoning in large bowl. Add potatoes, stirring to coat. Place on lightly greased large shallow baking pan. Roast at 425 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through cooking.
