Steps:
- Boil 3 cups of water along with cinnamon, cardamom and cloves and pour over the tea. Leave to infuse over a very low flame for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, dissolve saffron in a little water by rubbing it gently.
- Strain the tea and add the saffron liquid together with almonds.
- Sweeten if you like and serve hot.

Steps:
- Boil three cups of water in a pan.
- Once the water starts boiling add cinnamon, cardamom and cloves, add tea after 2 minutes and then boil the mix for about 10 minutes on low flame.
- Meanwhile dissolve saffron with little water in a separate bowl.
- Now strain the tea in a big bowl or a pitcher and add saffron water with almonds crushed/ sliced for a royal taste.
- Add honey as per your taste and stir lightly till it get mixed properly.
- Serve hot for better taste !!!

- Gather the ingredients for kahwa. For brewing three cups of this tea you will need 3 cups of water, 3 teaspoons green tea leaves, 1/2 inch cinnamon sticks, 1 tablespoon dried rose petals, 3 green cardamoms, a fat pinch of saffron and 6-7 almonds.
- Add 3 cups water to a saucepan or kettle and heat it. Add all the ingredients expect green tea leaves and almonds.
- Bring to a boil.
- Let the ingredients boil well in water for 2-3 minutes.
- Add green tea leaves and switch off the flame.
- Cover the pan and let the tea steep for 2-3 minutes. For a strong green tea flavor you can steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea using a tea strainer.
- Add slivered almonds and serve kahwa immediately.

Steps:
- Heat water in a pan.
- Add cardamom and cinnamon.
- Boil water for 5 - 7 minutes on medium high flame.
- Turn off the flame.
- Add sugar. Stir well till sugar gets dissolved.
- Add kahwa tea leaves. Stir well. Cover the pan using lid.
- Keep it aside for 5 - 7 minutes.
- Strain the kahwa tea in another pan.
- Add soaked saffron water. Stir well.
- Pour the kashmiri style kahwa tea in glasses or tea mugs.
- Garnish the kashmiri kahwa with blanched almonds or silvered almonds.
- Serve warm during tea time and enjoy this healthy kahwa tea with your family and friends.
- Note : You can replace the sugar with honey.
- If you don't have kashmiri kahwa tea leaves, you regular green tea leaves.
