Green Mountain Cooler image

This refreshing drink is best served on a porch, with a sideof sunset. Smoky with apple brandy and bright with lemon, itgets a dash of sweetness from Vermont's famous maple syrup.A slice of apple adds crunch.

Yield Makes 1

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 1/2 ounces apple brandy
1 ounce Grade A Vermont maple syrup
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
Green apple, sliced

Steps:

  • Combine brandy, maple syrup, and lemon juice in an ice-filled shaker. Shake well. Strain into a small ice-filled glass. Garnish with a slice of green apple.
