A great dish to take to your next pot luck, or serve as an appetizer at your next party. Not too spicy, and very addicting.

APPETIZER TORTILLA PINWHEELS
A friend gave me this recipe, and whenever I serve these tortilla pinwheel sandwiches, people ask me for the recipe, too! The cream cheese pinwheels can be made ahead of time and sliced just before serving, leaving you time for other last-minute party preparations. -Pat Waymire, Yellow Springs, Ohio

This comes from oldelpaso.com but I did make a couple of changes. I made them for a get together and everyone enjoyed them. Hope that you do too! They travel well which is always nice. (Cooking time is chill time)

CHILE CHEESE ROLL-UPS
This is a wonderful appetizer, and works well for potlucks too. I think I saw it in the Sunday paper advertising section about 10 years ago. If you can make your own fresh pico de gallo or salsa, wonderful, but if not, jarred salsa works just fine. Cooking time includes 1 hour chilling time.
