4 oz monterey jack pepper cheese
4 oz white cheddar cheese
3/4 c mayonnaise (feel free to use low-fat)
1/2 c parmesan cheese, finely grated
1 can(s) green chilie, dice (4 1/2 ounces)
1 Tbsp ranch dressing mix (dry mix)
1 french bread loaf, sliced into 1" slices and toasted

Steps:

1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and spread on toasted french bread slices.
2. Broil 5 inches from heat until bubbly.
