This pasta dish incorporates some of the flavors of Greece. It makes a wonderfully complete and satisfying meal. For extra flavor, toss in a few kalamata olives. Use whatever pasta you have or prefer.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water until tender yet firm to the bit, 8 to 10 minutes; drain.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; saute until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Stir in the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 5 to 6 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; add artichoke hearts, tomato, feta cheese, parsley, lemon juice, oregano, and cooked pasta. Cook and stir until heated through, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with lemon wedges.

- Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Return spaghetti to saucepan. Stir in the chicken, spinach, soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, celery, onion, green pepper, pimientos and lemon pepper. , Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish (dish will be full). Top with Monterey Jack cheese, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.

- In a large pot with boiling salted water cook penne pasta until al dente. Drain.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat melt butter, add onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add chopped chicken and continue cooking, stirring occasionally until golden brown, about 5 to 6 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium- low. Drain and chop artichoke hearts and add them, chopped tomato, feta cheese, fresh parsley, lemon juice, dried oregano, and drained penne pasta to the large skillet. Cook until heated through, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Season with salt and ground black pepper. Serve warm.

- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain and allow to cool.
- Meanwhile, spray a grill pan with olive oil and set over medium heat. Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise and arrange the four pieces on the grill pan. Sprinkle with Stone House Seasoning and cook on one side for 4 minutes. Turn over and cook on the other side until the chicken is cooked throughout and registers 165º F when checked with an internal thermometer, about 4 more minutes. Remove the chicken from the grill pan and cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
- Add the halved grape tomatoes, cucumber slices, diced peppers and onions, pitted olives, diced chicken and the feta cheese to the pasta.

- Combine the tomatoes, onion, chicken, garlic, olives, linguine, oregano, pepper and salt with 4 cups of the spinach in a 12-inch braising pan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Pour the chicken stock and the wine over the top.
- Cover and bring to a boil. Cook for 7 to 9 minutes, until the pasta is al dente (has a bite to it). Toss the pasta with tongs occasionally to keep it from sticking to the bottom of the pot. You will still have some liquid in the pan when the pasta is done cooking; this is going to make the base for our delicious cheese sauce.
- Turn off the heat and add the cheese to the pasta. Toss the pasta with tongs until the cheese melts into the pasta. Toss in the remaining 4 cups (120 g) of spinach.

- To prepare this Greek style spaghetti with meat sauce recipe (Makaronia me kima), begin by preparing the meat sauce. Heat a large pan to medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Stir in the chopped onions and carrot and sauté, until softened and slightly coloured. Stir in the garlic, tomato paste and the mince breaking it up with a wooden spoon and sauté, until caramelized. Pour in the red wine and deglaze (wait to evaporate). Add the tinned tomatoes, water, sugar, cinnamon stick, cloves, bay leaf and a good pinch of salt and pepper. Bring to the boil, turn the heat down and simmer with the lid on for about 30 minutes, until most of the juices have evaporated.
- Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain the pasta in a collander and stir in 2tsp of olive oil.
- Tip over the drained pasta in the meat sauce pan and mix it so the sauce is evenly spread.
- Serve with grated cheese and a nice refreshing Greek feta salad and enjoy over a glass of wine!

- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium high heat. Add ground beef and season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Saute until beef is no longer pink. Remove from heat, leaving fat in pot, and set beef aside.
- Add onion to pot and saute until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and saute for another minute.
- Pour red wine into pan and let cook for 1 minute, scraping up any burned pieces of food on the pot of the pot.
- Add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, parsley, mint, oregano, cinnamon, all spice, cloves, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Stir well. Reduce heat to a gentle simmer and let simmer, uncovered, until sauce is very thick, about 1 hour.
- While sauce is simmering, cook noodles according to package directions.
- When sauce has finished simmering, stir in butter and sugar until both are well incorporated.
- Serve sauce over pasta.

- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

- Cook the pasta: Al dente according to package instructions.
- Brown the chicken: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken with the salt, pepper and oregano. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook on both sides until golden and cooked through, 6 to 8 minutes per sides. Transfer the chicken to a plate.
- Form the cheese sauce: If there's no more oil left in the skillet add another tbsp of olive oil. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until aromatic, over medium heat. Add half and half, cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the crumbled feta. Cook while stirring until the cream cheese has melted. Stir in the lemon juice.
- Combine the dish: Add the cooked pasta, cheese sauce, chicken, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, cucumber, and dill to a large bowl and toss everything until well combined.

- Place chicken pieces in a large bowl. Combine salt, pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Sprinkle seasoning over chicken, turning the pieces as needed to evenly distribute the spices.
- Boil water. Cook pasta according to package directions until barely al dente. Do not overcook! Drain, reserving one cup of pasta water.
- Heat oil in a Dutch oven or large pan over medium heat. Once the oil is very hot, add the chicken pieces in a single layer and cook undisturbed until golden brown. Turn, and repeat on other side of chicken until cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
