GREEK PASTA SALAD III
This is my favorite pasta dish that is very flavorful and full of color.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add rotini pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- Mix together cooked pasta, olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, basil, oregano, mushrooms, tomatoes, Feta cheese, green onions and olives. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours, serve cold.

This is a wonderful summer salad for either lunch or a light dinner. My kids even enjoy it.

Steps:
- In a salad bowl, combine the tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, onion and olives.
- Whisk together the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Let sit for 1 hour, occasionally stirring to blend flavors.
- Pour dressing over salad, add feta cheese and toss before serving.
