Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Whisk Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, egg, garlic, parley, basil, and oregano together in a large mixing bowl. Fold in ground beef and mix with your hands until blended. Form 16 equal-sized meatballs using a cookie scoop.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown meatballs for 3 minutes on each side. Transfer cooked meatballs to a baking sheet using tongs.
- Bake browned meatballs in the oven for 8 minutes.
- While meatballs bake, use a plastic straw to punch a hole through each olive half to create a circular 'pupil.' Use the same straw to punch a hole through the center of each string cheese slice. Insert the round olive piece inside the hole in the string cheese slice to create 'eyes.'
- Remove meatballs from oven and let cool until safe to handle.
- Assemble zombie eyes by twirling a few strands of cooked spaghetti around each of 16 forks. Spear a meatball onto each fork and arrange forks on a serving platter. Spoon a dot of spaghetti sauce onto each meatball where you want to place the 'eyes.' Apply the olive-cheese 'eye' over the sauce. Spoon remaining spaghetti sauce over the twirled spaghetti on the forks.

TRICK FOODS
Steps:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the spaghetti and cook for 12 minutes.
- Drain the pasta, and put it in a large bowl. Add the salsa and toss to coat the spaghetti. Let come to room temperature and then refrigerate until cold.
- Cook's Note: Duff points out it doesn't look too bad, but when it's cold, it's going to feel like "blood and guts and snot and spit everywhere!"
- Peel the grapes and put them in a bowl. Pour in enough olive oil to coat the grapes and toss. Yuck!
- Cook's Note: Tips for peeling a grape: Grapes have a "natural hole." Start at the hole and peel off 1 side. Go all the way around and try to remove the peel in 4 pieces. If you're lucky, you can get it in 3 pieces. The reason to peel the grapes is to make the texture smooth and blemishless. This will make them feel more gross when they're covered in oil. With the skin off, grapes feel just like the surface of your eyeball.
- Drain the water from the tofu and put it into a bowl. Squeeze the tofu between your fingers to get it all mushy. Pour a little olive oil on top "for that extra ick effect." Crack 2 eggs on top of the icky tofu mess. Squeeze your fingers through it to mix the eggs and tofu together.
- Now it should totally gross people out!
- Cut the pumpkin seeds in half (Duff doesn't say which way, but he does say this is dangerous). MAKE SURE MOM OR DAD CUTS THE PUMPKIN SEEDS! THIS IS NOT A STEP FOR KIDS. Make a small slit at 1 end of each of the Vienna sausages. Stick a pumpkin seed into each slit so that it will feel like a fingernail.
- Arrange the severed fingers in a bowl. Spoon some slimy, gooey piping gel over the fingers. Pour on a healthy dash of olive oil. Very gently, use your fingers to coat the sausages in the oil and the gel so it feels like they're floating in "gooey, congealed blood."

- Place 1/2 cup of grape juice in a small bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin on top and whisk it in. Allow it to sit for 10 minutes so the gelatin softens and absorbs some of the juice. Microwave the bowl for 20 seconds to liquefy the gelatin. If it's not fully liquid and clear after 20 seconds, microwave in 5-second increments just until melted. You don't want the gelatin mixture to get hot.
- Combine the remaining grape juice and the ginger ale in a large measuring cup or pitcher with a spout. Whisk them together, then continue gently whisking as you pour the gelatin in. Pour the juice into 16 shot glasses, leaving a margin at the top since you'll be adding eyeballs later.
- Refrigerate the shot glasses for about 30 minutes—check their texture every 10 minutes. You want the gelatin to start getting thick, like cake batter texture. It shouldn't be set and firm, but it should be thick enough to suspend an eyeball in the middle of the glass. Depending on the temperature of your ingredients and your refrigerator, this process can take anywhere from 30-50 minutes. Just check the glasses regularly and don't be afraid to check the texture with a spoon or with your finger.
- When the gelatin is thick enough, press an eyeball into the middle of the shot glass. You can use a thin knife or spatula to push it down into the gelatin, or just use your finger. Try to position it against the front glass, so it shows through clearly. Add a second eyeball, if you'd like. Continue until all of the shot glasses have floating eyeballs.

- If desired, when ready to serve, place strawberries in a zip-top bag and mash completely. Cut corner of the bag and drizzle the grapes with strawberry juice. Serve immediately.
