CRANBERRY SALAD MOLD
"THERE WAS always a cranberry salad on our holiday table#151;Mother made it with fresh raw cranberries. I was delighted when she would ask me to help grind the cranberries in her old food grinder...I could go on turning its crank forever. How I loved hearing the cranberries pop as they passed through!"

CRANBERRY RELISH MOLD
Almost 30 years ago, one of my cousins served this for her bridal shower with turkey salad in the middle of the beautiful jello ring. It was so lovely I've never forgotten it. This Taste of Home recipe looks like the one I remember.

GRANDMA'S CRANBERRY-ORANGE GELATIN SALAD
My grandmother made this salad every Thanksgiving. It is delicious even without its creamy topping. This side dish is so yummy, I sometimes make it even when it's not Thanksgiving! Depending on your salad's shape, you can spread the topping in a layer over the Jell-O; or if you use a ring mold, put the topping in the center. Alternately, you could serve the topping in a bowl on the side, so it's optional.
