GRANDMA'S CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI BREAD
This super easy zucchini bread is so moist and chocolaty that it's easy to forget zucchini is in it! My husband even loves it and he's never been a fan of zucchini!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two loaf pans.
- Combine flour, cocoa, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and baking powder in a medium bowl and mix together. Set aside.
- Cream sugar, butter, oil, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, until mixed. Mix the dry ingredients slowly into the sugar mixture on medium speed until incorporated. Gently add chocolate chips, zucchini, and walnuts with a spoon. Pour batter equally into the prepared loaf pans.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into each loaf comes out clean, 40 to 50 minutes. Don't overcook.

GREAT-GRANDMA'S CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE
I always remember my great-gramdma making this cake, so when I was given a 3-foot long zucchini by my boyfriend's parents, I called my mom for the recipe. It put a small dent in that monster gourd! This was my first attempt at a cake from scratch and it didn't collapse, so it can't be that tough if I did it.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Cream together butter, oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- Stir lemon juice into milk to make sour milk.
- Stir sour milk into creamed mixture.
- Sift baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, flour and cocoa THREE times.
- Gradually stir dry ingredients into wet mixture until completely combined, then stir in zucchini.
- Pour batter into a greased 9x13 cake pan and sprinkle top with chocolate chips.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

GRANDMA'S ZUCCHINI BREAD
Grandma gave me her recipe card in 1990 ... a recipe cut of some newspaper years before. It was yellowed when she gave it to me 14 yrs ago. This is quick and delicious! If my kids new there was a vegetable in it would they be surprised!!

- pour into two pans sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
